During the last few months, WWE has made several changes to the executive positions of the company. It seems that another executive has separated from the company.
According to a PW Insider report, Pat Murrin is no longer with the company. He previously served in the role of Senior Vice President of Data Strategy for WWE and had been with WWE since March 2016.
It was reported that most of WWE’s recent executive launches were likely due to the replacement of several people who still worked at the company from George Barrios and Michelle Wilson’s time as co-chairs.
The company was said to continue with a “changing of the guard” situation. Vince McMahon no longer puts as much emphasis on data and analytics after Barrios’ launch. In addition to Murrin, Mark Kowal, John Brody and Brian Nurse were also released last week.
WWE sends bold message to Christian Cage
Christian Cage seems destined for AEW Revolution. Rumors have been circulating about Christian’s next move. Rumors have spread from Christian jumping off the ship to AEW reuniting with a major name in the company, he and Edge getting the tag team titles wrapped around their waists once again. WWE just released a statement that seems to tie things together pretty well on what’s really to come for Christian.
WWE Public Relations took to Twitter to post a bold statement saying that the Usos (Jey Uso is the speaker for this) want to take on Edge and Christian, tagging Christian on Twitter. This news caught fire on sites like Reddit, where users were delighted that this dispute could happen.
A Reddit user stated the following about the breaking news: “I posted this here as there are rumors that Christian is the main AEW signing tomorrow. Could it be that WWE PR is not aware that Christian is going elsewhere, or they know something that we do not? I pray they do.
It’s Jey saying he wants the match, but Vince would be furious if it’s not possible as he doesn’t like it when talent makes fun of matches with people outside the company. We saw that after Rollins tweeted to Punk asking for a fight when Punk debuted Backstage. Perhaps this Christian is not as well defined as he seems now. “Said kenshiro80
What I get out of this is that Christian will stay in WWE. It has been said previously that Christian and Edge would eventually go for the team titles. We’ll see how well my opinion holds up tonight. Kurt Angle “retired” from an AEW Revolution debut.

WWF returns after 20 years with a new owner
Say goodbye to WWE and welcome back to WWF! We have all been waiting for this moment to come and it is finally here.
Unfortunately, WWF’s proposed trademark is in no way associated with WWE, Vince McMahon, or HHH. The WWF trademark was purchased by Demperio Sports & Entertainment, LLC. They filed a trademark for the World Wrestling Federation in December 2020.
The trademark states that they plan to host “wrestling contests” and the remainder of the submission matches typical professional wrestling trademarks. It is included in the category “entertainment services”.
The submission that was for December 20, 2020 has not been reviewed by the trademark examiner. It can still be rejected or accepted. It seems highly likely that WWE will prevent this brand from being accepted because it could cause confusion with fans.
Although Vince McMahon and WWE have no direct link to this “new” WWF, it seems likely that Vince and WWE will get their hands in the WWF pot one more time to prevent the WWF trademark from materializing. It’s hard to say if they can really do much since they no longer own the trademark.
If anyone is going to do something, it may be the World Wildlife Fund that created the lawsuit with the WWF for Vince McMahon that originally forced Vince to “take out the F”. Then we can get back to having pandas t-shirts with steel chairs. Vince McMahon recently “gave up” on Rey Mysterio’s daughter.
Kurt Angle ‘retires’ from AEW Revolution debut
Kurt Angle has revealed that his teaser videos are for his podcast, not for AEW Revolution, as you can see below, which is why he withdrew from debut consideration. Christian had a meeting with a big name from AEW.
WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is a veteran in the world of professional wrestling and spent two decades in the business, competing in various promotions around the world. Angle saw how WWE changed before his very eyes and it seems he doesn’t have the best opinion of all the changes.
While speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, Angle talked about his second WWE run in 2017. Angle criticized the company’s booking structure compared to how it used to be in the 90s and 2000s.
He noted that in the past, WrestleMania cards would have been finalized in December of the previous year. However, nowadays the WrestleMania cards are generally not gathered until the week before the event, especially mentioning WrestleMania 35.
“It was really hard to guess who was going to fight whom,” Angle said. “Things were not as orderly as in previous years. They usually have the WrestleMania cards no later than December, this one wasn’t ready for quite a while. I don’t think they got the whole card together until the week before. [WrestleMania 35]. “
Kurt Angle would have his last match in the ring against Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35, where he would lose the match. Angle is currently enjoying his life outside of professional wrestling and he seems to be doing well.
