Tyson Kidd suffered a career-ending neck injury when Samoa Joe hit him with a failed Muscle Buster. Since then, Kidd has been a backstage producer in WWE and kept busy in that role. It seems like he had an idea for a Royal Rumble comeback, but Vince McMahon wasn’t interested.
Kidd spoke on The New Day Feel The Power, where he revealed that he had an idea to return for a place at the Royal Rumble. In this way, he could have withdrawn in any way that seemed convenient to him. It would have been a brief appearance, but Vince McMahon rejected the idea.
“I did [play with the idea of returning]. I wanted to at least write the final page of that book of me as a performer in the ring, and I thought, ‘What better way than the Royal Rumble,’ in terms of not having to get hit. I already showed finn [Balor] how to be eliminated to know what I can get [over the top rope], things like that and I remember talking to Vince [McMahon] about it and he said, ‘Do you need an answer today or can you give me time to think about it?’ I said, ‘Of course, take your time.’ He said, ‘How much time do you need?’ not in a rush. “When I was introducing it to him, I said,” I can do next year’s Rumble.
It doesn’t have to be four weeks in this’, last year in Phoenix. ‘It could be at any time’, and he called me one day and said that ‘they thought a lot about it and that we would try to control everything on our part, but what if something outside of our scope happened and did happen? undo all the good that has happened in the last two years, ‘in terms of me being a producer and physically I feel really, really good and his thought was,’ Why risk that? ‘Don’t ask me why, but in In My Mind, the visual that developed a bit when he told me this was imagining that I’m standing on the steps, like I’m about to enter the ring and for whatever reason, just [thinking] about some crazy stuff, like a fan jumping over the railing and pushing me from behind and whipping me and my neck is super messy, so I remember thinking, ‘Okay, I’m offering this to Vince. It gave him two or three weeks of solid thinking, and this was his answer ‘and as I said, and then I had that image, which is very strange and is placed in my weirdness, not that this is a memory, but I had this image in my mind of a boy who comes and pushes me. Three months later, what happens in the Hall of Fame?
A guy slides in and takes Bret [Hart] and Nattie down, and I was like, ‘OMG, this is almost like what I imagined would happen to me’ and I remember taking that as a sign like, ‘Okay, I know what I am, doing what I’m supposed to. do be doing. Yes, it would be great if I could write the last page of my career in the ring, that chapter. But, I can’t, I don’t think so ‘so when Vince said no to me, the weeks before I started having them and maybe you always have, maybe you haven’t realized it. them because they haven’t left or maybe, but as a fighter, I have these anxiety dreams or I wake up like, ‘Oh, it’s just a dream.’
It’s a shame we never got to see Kidd compete in the ring for the last time. Fans certainly would have liked to see him at the Royal Rumble, even if it was going to be a short appearance.
Vince McMahon ‘threatened’ by fired WWE star
While a handful of wrestlers have built excellent relationships with Vince McMahon over the years, some Superstars have had their fair share of issues with the WWE president. Most of the superstars who have had problems with the boss have come forward to express their experiences. This may be one of the biggest stars to make it so far …Chris Jericho “Career Over” on AEW.
During the latest edition of “The Kurt Angle Show”, Kurt Angle talked about his relationship with Vince McMahon and how he started getting aggressive in 2006 and how he finally left WWE that year.
Angle’s body was beaten from fighting continuously for years, and he suffered multiple injuries in 2006. Kurt’s injuries and frustrations continued to mount with each passing day.
Kurt said, “It was in bad shape. I had a lot of injuries. At a particular moment, I had an injury to my neck, shoulder, abdomen; He had a torn abdominal muscle, a groin muscle, a hamstring. All of this is at the same time. It was in very bad shape. And the pain medication problem was not improving. So, I was in a confused state, and even my relationship with Vince started to wane, and it was getting more erratic. I was, you know, calling him, leaving threatening messages. I just felt out of control. I was at a bad time in my life. ”
Kurt Angle claimed that Vince McMahon ignored him, causing his anger to skyrocket towards WWE.
Angle left threatening messages on Vince’s answering machine, and all the trouble came down to a production meeting in which the former WWE Champion confronted Vince.
Kurt continued: “I said it before; I started to lash out at Vince, and Vince was ignoring me, which infuriated me even more. He left threatening messages on his answering machine, on his cell phone. It just got out of hand, you know, eventually, I had to go to Vince and tell him, listen, we need to have a talk. ”
Kurt finished: “And you know, we had a talk, and it was probably June or July 2006. I said, you know, I just got home from an event, I went to a meeting and took my pants down; it was a production meeting. , Vince was in the front and everyone else was in the back. And I walked in between them, pulled my pants down to my ankles and showed Vince my groin, and it was all black and blue. I mean, my penis, everything was black, by the It was an abdominal tear and a groin tear, and a hamstring tear, all three at the same time, and all the blood rushed to my legs and groin, and I said, ‘We need to talk.’ “Well, let’s go to my office.” I said, “No, I have to meet you at headquarters this week.” So, I want you to arrange a flight for me and mention me because we need to have a personal discussion about what is happening. And that’s when I decided that he would most likely leave the company. “
Kurt Angle spent several years rebuilding his career and reputation, and his good work forced WWE to win him back in 2017 for a well-deserved Hall of Fame induction and one final television career.

Chris Jericho ‘scam’ Shane McMahon on AEW?
Chris Jericho was mocked by NXT fighter Shotzi Blackheart on Twitter for clearly falling on a crash platform at the end of AEW Dynamite’s Blood and Guts match. Sammy Guevara had a bad blunder in the game. He posted a GIF of someone falling on a pillow. Jericho also clearly told MJF to throw him out of the cage in front of the camera before MJF threw him. It was kind of a rip off of Rikishi’s downfall at Armageddon 2000 and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32.
According to Matt Boone’s Wrestling-Edge SummaryHe yells at the Inner Circle in the ring that if they don’t give up, he’s going to kick him out. Sammy Guevara asks if he gives up, will he let Jericho go and not move on. MJF says it will. Guevara surrenders on behalf of the Inner Circle, giving victory to The Pinnacle. The Pinnacle theme plays as MJF smiles and holds his hand up in victory on top of the Blood & Guts cage.
We see MJF pacing with his hands up in victory on top of the cage as The Pinnacle’s music fades away. MJF nods like he’s not going to do it, no one has to worry, etc, and then he does it anyway. He pushes Jericho back and, as if Rikishi was pushed from the top of the Hell In A Cell structure in WWE in the early 2000s at Armageddon, Jericho falls back and crashes down, only he hadn’t A big truck full of straw, instead, was like Shane McMahon’s ad for Hell In A Cell with Undertaker with a section rigged for him to fall off.
