During a recent interview with SportsProMedia, WWE Brand Director Stephanie McMahon recently spoke about the current state of WWE’s product and the direction the company is heading. Here, McMahon looks at how WWE is growing among women and how nearly forty percent of WWE’s audience for its programming is female. McMahon spoke about why his audience among women is so high and what WWE has to do to maintain that audience for years to come. She told the outlet the following quote. This WWE Hall of Famer recently stated that Stephanie McMahon “changed WWE forever.”
“Women love action, but I think they love stories too. They love the characters, they love the drama. Women need a reason to watch, more than men I think, so the more you can get your female audience involved in the character and the story, then they care. They care who is going to win, they care who is going to lose, “said McMahon.
McMahon then went on to say, “It’s really the storytelling that captures people, and I think that’s one of the reasons our female audience is so high.”
In other news about Stephanie McMahon, WWE’s brand director spoke about the future of live events in another media interview when she recently spoke to TVInsider, quoting: “Our fans are our secret sauce. When we went to the ThunderDome, we brought our fans back [virtually] as well as lights, lasers, pyrotechnics. There is an intersection of technology and live assistance.
McMahon concluded: “It happened faster than I think anyone anticipated, but we are absolutely looking to merge those worlds in the best possible way. I know our audience will be very vocal in telling us what they like and what they don’t like, which is certainly appreciated. ” Stephanie McMahon revealed that the ThunderDome will “merge” with real fans last month.

Mickie James Angers WWE with “offensive” photo?
Mickie James felt terrible after being part of the list of Superstars who were recently fired by WWE. Mickie also just leaked dark information about the company and what they were “too scared to do.” It’s quite shocking to see WWE in a different light when superstar after superstar starts talking about the injustices that lie ahead. Triple H leaks WWE firing after “burying” a diva.
Mickie James is currently furious at WWE. Any of us would also be angry if we were fired from our jobs for no good reason. Mickie recently took to Twitter to vent his frustration with how the firing was handled while tweeting a photo of his severance package.
The severance package Mickie received was a box and garbage bag filled with what I believe was her ring and locker room belongings. Mickie stated: “Dear @VinceMcMahon, I’m not sure if you know, I received my @WWE care package today. Thank you. #AlwaysBelsedandGrateful #WomensWrestlingMatters”
James later stated that he was selling his shirts on Pro Wrestling Tees that WWE would not post as they say “MILF” on them, as well as James in seductive poses. WWE, which is now aimed at children, did not want to remove the jerseys.
Oh I forgot … I still have a @PWTees shop for merchandise that they were too scared to do. I think there will be a #earthday offer today. You’re welcome. #MilfMoney #MondayNightMilf 🥛 & 🍪 anyone? pic.twitter.com/aQeMU4g5sB

Vince McMahon fires two big names in WWE
WWE fired Director of Talent Relations Nicole Zeoli, who worked for the company for 11 years and took over as Director in 2018. A WWE diva leaked a “banned” photo of Vince McMahon.
John Cone has been fired as Senior Manager of the Talent Relations Department. He still has a job as a referee. PWInsider broke the news of these layoffs.
Vince McMahon praised WWE management during today’s earnings call: “Like any other form of entertainment or sport, we came out of COVID. At first, we were in survival mode, but we found a new life. Sure, we saw this as an opportunity to rethink the way we do business and open what I call a WWE treasure chest. The only way to do that is by having the best management team in WWE history.
We have that team. A team that is innovative, a team that drives revenue, and has reorganized our company in a more efficient way to take advantage of new revenue streams, new online platforms, new consumer products, new content creation, and new opportunities to expand our portfolio. of media rights worldwide. I’m always excited about our business and I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited than I am right now. “
Stephanie McMahon posts a photo of a ’embarrassing’ diva
Stephanie McMahon apologized to Mickie James, retweeting her embarrassing photo showing the garbage bag sent to her after her firing. Triple H fired an employee for the photo.
Stephanie said: “@MickieJames, I am ashamed that you or anyone else is treated this way. I apologize personally and on behalf of @WWE. The person in charge is no longer in our company ”.
WWE also fired Samoa Joe last week. Sean Waltman said on his Pro Wrestling 4 Life podcast: “Yes, [Samoa Joe] sure, ”Waltman said. “People are discouraged. I also. The thing is, this is Samoa Joe man. He’s a leading player anywhere as far as I’m concerned, and it opens up a lot of possibilities. I can’t wait to see where it ends. “
“I could see ROH. It has a history with ROH and even Impact. I guess it depends on what they offer. Here’s the thing, they released a dozen people or whatever at once. Some people might think, “Well, you put excess talent on the market,” but there is no excess talent like Samoa Joe on the market, no matter how many people are released. “
WWE also fired Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Bo Dallas, Mojo Rawley, and many others last week.
