Drew McIntyre ‘disrespected’ by Randy Orton backstage

Published

on

Drew McIntyre remains one of the greatest Superstars in all of WWE and has competed against the best of the best the company has to offer. This includes taking on Randy Orton, who is undoubtedly a veteran of the company. The two were involved in a long-running feud that took place in 2020 and early 2021, where the WWE Championship was at stake.

In the latest issue of Broken Skull Sessions, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin asked Randy Orton about his feud with Drew McIntyre. Orton revealed that he had no interest in competing against Drew McIntyre inside a WWE ring. However, that would eventually change.

“At first, I had no interest in being there with him. We got closer and closer and closer and closer and he grew on me. And we had like three or four pay-per-view matches and little by little I learned more about this guy. I saw them all sit down when he came out and like, I felt that, I felt that. I knew him to the point where I know he has a heart and I know that he loves this business and I know that this business has given me everything I have and he feels the same way. And here we are, let’s do what we can to lift each other up and make what we love the best it can be. “

Bobby Lashley ‘censored’ at WrestleMania 37

Published

on

WWE and Peacock have censored impromptu interviews with Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, MVP and other stars during the rain delay of WrestleMania 37. Sasha Banks’ story about the WWE “boyfriend” has been leaked.

Gary Cassidy tweeted: “WWE has released #WrestleMania Night 1 on WWE Network to eliminate rain delays.

The beginning now sees Vince McMahon and the roster welcoming fans, Bebe Rexha introduces America The Beautiful, introducing the production, then moving on to Titus O’Neil & Hulk Hogan’s first appearance.

Mandy Rose’s slip has also been removed. Instead, we see a long shot of Ruby Riott in the ring.

I get it, as it makes the show a much fancier watch in hindsight, but it’s a shame some of those promotions were really enjoyable.

Glad I got a screenshot of the ponchos. “

WWE will censor WrestleMania, but Peacock still has an interview Steve Austin conducted with AEW star Chris Jericho.

Jericho said during the interview: “If people have questions, ideas or concerns, they knock on my door. Sometimes I feel like Vince. There is a list of people to talk to me because I have the advice. It tells you not only what you want to hear, but also what you don’t want to hear. So that’s my responsibility. “

Chris Jericho ‘Angers’ fired a WWE star backstage

Published

on

Current AEW star and former WWE Superstar Chris Jericho is without a doubt one of the most accomplished and popular professional wrestlers to ever set foot inside the squared circle. He has competed in various promotions such as WCW, WWE, ECW, New Japan Pro Wrestling and AEW among others. He was also furious with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 37.

Former WWE Superstar Sin Cara recently spoke with Inside The Ropes lead writer Gary Cassidy about a backstage discussion he had with Cesar, prompting him to talk about altercations he had with the likes of Chris Jericho and Simon Gotch. .

Well yeah, they sent me to anger management classes, that’s true. That’s very true. Yes, they sent me to anger management classes. It’s true. Well, I had to do it because I had a couple of altercations throughout my career at the company.

But, you know, the thing about us is, you know, as fighters, as artists, we can have a disagreement one day and we can get even and then the next day we’ll be fine. No rancor. Nothing. It was just that momentum. And that is.

I had a couple of fights with some of them. But to this day, since Sheamus and I are very good friends, Jericho and I have no problem. Simon Gotch, I wish you the best. We are not friends, but I wish you the best. I don’t wish you anything bad. But it was one of those things that sometimes happens. We are men, we are in a sport where, you know, you want to be number one, you want to be the best. I understand it and I understand it. But that is true. I went into anger management classes. And I don’t have an anger problem, but I guess it was because I went through some of those things and they just wanted, in a sense, to see if I needed help. I suppose. I do not know.

Batista & Rob Van Dam WWE Return News Leaks

Published

on

Batista and Rob Van Dam have reacted to rumors of returning to the WWE ring. Vince McMahon “eliminated” two stars from WWE Raw.

Batista said on Justice Con when an interviewer poked fun at another WWE match: “Don’t say that, people will jump over it.” [laughs]. “He’s coming out of retirement!” No, I’m not, “he said.” It’s very difficult to convince people that I am actually retired. You have no idea how difficult that discussion is. is retiring. If the paycheck or event is big enough, they’ll come out of retirement. It’s just not like that with me. I went out of business like a storybook that could never come back. I just finished. I have to finish on my own terms and nothing will bring me back or take that away from me. “

Rob Van Dam told Ryan Satin on the Out of Character podcast about his return to WWE, and he seemed open to limited matches rather than a full-time career.

“If there is a reason, there is a reason. I probably don’t feel the reasons why fans would say, ‘I have to get RVD out of the house.’ I love being in the house. The challenging pre-pandemic road life, not that It is preferred. There are definitely pros and cons. I enjoy showing off in the ring and I really enjoy getting that love and energy from the crowd, looking around and seeing the RVD signs.

That’s a safe stop, and RVD is all about stops. At the same time, there’s no part of me that sits at home and watches wrestling and says, ‘I wish I could be in that ring tonight, getting my head hit and looking at those lights instead of sitting on my couch. and enjoy life. ‘ . ‘ I still [wrestle] And when I do, there’s a reason and it’s worth it It’s about what it’s worth. My values, there is a place for the RVD fight in WWE. Continue with a full-time career or something like that; don’t hold your breath. ” Fighter transcribed RVD and Batista’s comments.
