Toyotaro is a very busy man, but despite being overwhelmed by work, he always manages to find some time to submit your monthly artwork to the official Dragon Ball site. The author, in fact, dedicates a sketch a month to some characters in the series, and for the month of February he has chosen one that not everyone will remember: the magnificent Supreme Shenron.
Below you can take a look at the illustration, in which the imposing dragon is portrayed during its first appearance in front of the Palazzo del Supremo, in the first episodes of Dragon Ball GT. Toyotaro was probably influenced by the last chapter of Dragon Ball Super, where the fifth dragon of the seven spheres.
“The giant version of Shenron is really cool!“Wrote Toyotaro”Actually Super Shenron (Editor’s note. Golden Shenron from Dragon Ball Super) it’s even bigger, but it’s still great. There are so many different Shenrons, but I love them all because each one has its own style.Supreme Shenron is actually the only non-canon dragon in the series, as only Shenron, Polunga, Super Shenron, and Planet Cereal’s newest dragon were directly written or approved by Akira Toriyama.
What do you think about that? Do you like the Toyotaro drawing? Let us know, as always, by leaving a comment in the box below.

For Fumiya Tomozaki, one of the best players in Japan, the “game of life” is the worst game there is. Although Tomozaki is the number one player in the video game “Attack Families,” he is a self-proclaimed lower-level character when it comes to real life. As a sophomore in high school, he suffers from a complete lack of self-esteem, which leads him to completely stop trying to improve himself as a person. Instead, he blames the real world for being completely unbalanced, with no logical way to level up.

Tokyo opposes laws that impose time limits on video games
Yesterday, the governor of Tokyo, Yuriko koike, proclaimed that it would not support any type of ordinance or law that restricts the playing time of video games for children and adolescents. In March 2020, Kagawa prefecture in south japan implemented an ordinance limiting video game time to just 60 minutes on school days and 90 minutes on weekends and holidays.
Koike, who initially supported Kagawa’s measures somewhat, spoke out against the ordinance at a session of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly on February 24, explaining that after reviewing the research and findings, neither she nor her government intends to impose restrictions that are not based on scientific merit. Instead, Tokyo has organized educational workshops that address the problem of game addiction that also respects the independence of children and adults.
The independent member (not affiliated with any political party) Yoshiyuki Kurishita supported Koike’s answer but criticized the governor for her change of opinion on the issue, saying that she is well versed in using the media for her own benefit by getting positive public opinions on issues like this.
The original measures against continued video game use were met with harsh criticism from local residents in Kagawa prefecture, with a mother and son duo suing the government, and the local Kagawa Bar Association saying the ordinance could violate the right to self-determination established in Article 13 of the Constitution of Japan. Even the local television station KSB found discrepancies in the prefectural government’s public discussion forum.
With Japan’s capital region against the measures, this should stop any spread of the measures throughout Japan for now, allowing people of all ages to take their time pulling weeds. Animal crossing or find out who the impostor is Among us.
