Veteran WWE star Daniel Bryan is a widely recognized star who has been successful wherever he has worked. His dexterity and technicality in the ring is unmatched. But, AEW star Kenny Omega is often praised by everyone for his similar abilities in the ring. It is a dream match for everyone, but curiously they have previously crossed paths in a promotion.
Daniel Bryan Opens Up About Kenny Omega
During a recent interview with Robbie Fox, Daniel Bryan recalled one of his matches with AEW star Omega on Pro Wrestling Guerrila. He then praised the AEW star for his “genius” in wrestling. AEW star claims WWE’s big name is “racist”
“I have a lot of respect for Kenny Omega and it’s not just the great games he has put on. It’s also that he views wrestling differently from anyone else. When you look at, say, Young Bucks who you would think of similarly. It’s like a cool shot of wrestling that they loved when they were younger and imitated it, but they also like to evolve from that and evolve from takes from that. “Bryan added,” With Kenny, he doesn’t have an evolution. These are completely new things that enter his head and that he dares to try. “
Many years have passed and both have excelled in their own ways. Kenny Omega is currently the AEW World Champion and Impact Wrestling World Champion. Omega tweeted in response: “You get it. Imagine, right? An interesting tweet with Bryan’s contract expiring soon with WWE.
Daniel Bryan is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship on this week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown and his status as a blue brand star is also on the line. It remains to be seen what result we will have.
Adam Pearce ‘removed’ from Smackdown
Adam Pearce did not appear on WWE Smackdown, as the creative did not want him to get in the way of Teddy Long’s return for the old school episode. Teddy Long admonished Seth Rollins in a match against Cesaro, with Cesaro winning and getting a title shot against Roman Reigns at Backlash.
He also taunted Sami Zayn with a variety of backstage matches with Sonya Deville, referencing his love for “tag team” matches.
The recent issue of A&E Biography primarily focused on WWE Hall of Famer Randy Savage and Jerry Lawler went on to share a story about him.
Jerry Lawler comments on a WCW debut
Veteran WWE commentator Jerry Lawler had shared the story about Randy Savage making his WCW debut and how Vince McMahon came to find out.
PWinsider’s Mike Johnson clarified that the story Lawler shared was “completely wrong.” It seems Lawler misremembered Lex Luger’s jump to WCW in the first episode of Nitro.
According to what Lawler said, Vince McMahon was looking for Savage to go over the Raw format but it was not the case since he was not there and they told him to watch television.
Lawler then went on to describe Vince’s non-reaction to seeing Savage on television at WCW that night.
But, Nitro did not exist when Savage left the WWF in November 1994. McMahon, live on Raw said goodbye to Savage and thanked him for his contributions to the WWF. Stephanie McMahon breaks silence on Randy Savage
Mike Johnson pointed out that Macho Man didn’t debut for WCW until a December 1994 episode of WCW Saturday Night and that was recorded.
Therefore, it is obvious that the episode did not air in front of a WWF broadcast that same night.
There could be mistakes when recalling incidents that occurred decades ago. But it’s a shame the A&E production team didn’t review the facts and broadcast them unverified.
There were also some other graphical errors that were observed during the broadcast. Lex Luger was listed as Lex Lugar.

Roman Reigns’ entry ‘ruined’ on Smackdown
Right before Roman Reigns came out, WWE put a CGI Smackdown fist on the screen, angering longtime fans who were hoping to see reality in the “old school” episode as it is in the WWE warehouse. Several fans tweeted calling it a “disappointment.” The word “terrible” was used by many fans. Jimmy Uso came out during the Reigns promo to join his stable.
WWE Superstar Roman Reigns is without a doubt one of the best Superstars in the company right now and has had a solid career as WWE Universal Champion, but he is. losing his first place to two women on WWE Smackdown. Roman Reigns successfully defended his WWE Universal Championship against WWE Hall of Famer Edge and Daniel Bryan in a triple threat match in the main event on Night Two of WrestleMania 37. Roman Reigns could have injured the best Smackdown superstar as well.
Former WWE referee Mike Chioda spoke in a recent interview with Lucha Libre Online’s Michael Morales Torres, where he spoke about Roman Reigns deserving more respect from the crowd at WrestleMania 31.
“Roman wasn’t getting the respect he deserved,” Chioda said. And Roman deserved a lot more respect at the time, I thought.
Chioda later stated that she always believed the original plan was for Seth Rollins to come down during the WrestleMania 31 main event and change his Money In The Bank briefcase.
“I remember there were two plans,” Chioda said. “There was that… (actually) I think that was the original plan for that night? They called us out of the blue, but I’m pretty sure we sorted it out that night, to be honest with you, and that was pretty much planned. “

Shane McMahon Major AEW Rumor Leaks
Braun Strowman is a former universal champion and is one of the mainstays of WWE Monday Night RAW. Shane McMahon had been involved in a fight with Braun Strowman for the past few months and culminated in a steel cage match at WrestleMania 37, and Shane demanded the fight and put Braun with his punch backstage. In the end, Braun Strowman was the one who won the match despite Shane McMahon’s best efforts. Shane McMahon also demanded defeat at WrestleMania 37.
AEW Dynamite recently held their Blood and Guts match which turned out to be a very violent affair as it pitted The Pinnacle against The Inner Circle. According to a report by Ringside News, the match was said to be a huge topic of discussion in WWE and was viewed as a barbaric match with all the “bloodshed” that took place.
AEW Blood & Guts received a lot of attention from fans and within WWE. We have been told that many within WWE saw the match as “a bad image” with all the barbarian barbarians. Plus, Chris Jericho is trying to be Shane McMahon now after that high spot. More to come @ringsidenews
