Braun Strowman began his WWE career alongside Bray Wyatt as part of the Wyatt Family. Later, as a singles star, he teamed up with Alexa Bliss for a Mixed Match Challenge. WWE also teased a romance story between the two.
But things have completely changed since then, with Alexa Bliss now aligned with Bray Wyatt’s The Fiend. Speaking with Sportskeeda’s Rick Ucchino, The Monster Among Men shared his honest thoughts on Wyatt and Bliss’s character transformations.
Braun Strowman on The Fiend and Alexa Bliss
Strowman competed in a Swamp Fight with Bray Wyatt on The Horror Show at Extreme Rules in July. At the end of the match, Wyatt emerged from the water as The Fiend, while everything else turned red.
Later on SmackDown, Alexa Bliss ran into The Fiend. She has aligned with him ever since, having undergone a complete character change herself. The two appeared on Monday Night Raw this week and delivered a double sister Abigail over Andrade and Zelina Vega.

Strowman shared his thoughts on the new persona of Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss. He said that watching those two perform together felt like “watching Satan come alive.”
“I will never end Bray Wyatt … Bray Wyatt is the father of the monster. It is difficult to be around him. I tried to be a good person. I tried to do good things. Unfortunately, I am also very good at doing bad things to people. Bray Wyatt is the haunting element. I have nightmares about him. I’m scared I’ll go back into that swamp and go back to what I used to be. I’d be a liar if I said I didn’t watch that whole segment with Alexa [Bliss] and Bray because it’s embarrassing to see her change because the Alexa I knew was a sweet person, and seeing her change like that and those guys getting the double ‘Abby’ made all the hair on my body stand on end and this strange feeling in my stomach like I was watching Satan come alive. “h / t Sportskeeda
In the swamp fight with Bray Wyatt
Speaking of Swamp Fight, Strowman admitted that he never wants to do one of those again. He said he lost a part of himself in the match. He was terrified of what else might happen if they did it again.
“I left a part of myself in that game. A part of my soul was consumed in that game. Not just the physical aspect, but the mental aspect of what it took to make that happen is just … I never want to have to do it again. Bray Wyatt is and always will be very special to me, but The Fiend is a completely different entity. The words Alexa Bliss used are “intoxicating.” Something about The Fiend’s aura. It is like a moth attracted to a flame and it calls to me and terrifies me. I’m terrified of what might happen if I go home. If the monster among men returns to what it is and becomes a partner in “The Fiend.” That’s what scares me. “
Both Wyatt and Strowman were selected for RAW last week. Fans can expect their enmity to reignite in the Red brand, with Bliss adding a new edge to the story.
The ‘elimination’ of AJ Styles from Raw Stuns Fans
The tag team of AJ Styles and Omos has been an opposing force in WWE, especially after winning the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship. As Fightful.com Managing Editor Sean Ross Sapp said on social media via Twitter: “Neither AJ Styles tonight? Hell”
In other AJ Styles news, during a recent Out of Character podcast with Ryan Satin, ‘The Phenomenal One’ reflected on his career and took a glimpse into the future on when he will hang up his boots forever. . While Styles did not give a definitive date, he did mention that his current contract with the company will be his last. Credit to StillRealToUs for the following.
“It’s a difficult thing and you understand it more now, when you know that you are nearing the end of your career, how difficult it will be to walk away because you enjoy the interaction of the fans, you enjoy everything about it: the friends who have become more like family. . That is hard. It’s hard to leave. It’s hard to adjust once you’re done. But I tried, I guess, what it is with the COVID stuff, but I didn’t say I liked it. So, I’m not sure when it will end for me, but, like I said before, I signed my last contract so we’ll see when it will be. I remember thinking, ‘I’ll be 40 when I retire. That’s when I’m going to retire. ‘ By the way, I was completely wrong. “
