Baron Corbin ‘Ruined’ WWE Elimination Chamber Final

Published

on

Many viewers of the recent WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view may have noticed something was wrong. Jey Uso revealed a bad photo of Elimination Chamber’s wound.

WWE has rules for their matches, but the rules are not officially published anywhere, which means that WWE can change the rules at any time. Elimination Chamber matches are supposed to see competitors enter at 5 minute intervals, but WWE does not put the timer on the screen.

The SmackDown Elimination Chamber match saw their intervals being much longer than expected. It has been noted that King Corbin took so long to speak to Cesaro was the cause of this. WWE waited at 7:36 to let Kevin Owens in.

Due to the length of the Smackdown match, WWE made the decision to speed up the RAW Elimination Chamber match. Participants in this match only had to wait four minutes between innings in the match. The last person in the SmackDown match entered the contest at 11:10 p.m., but the RAW match saw all the wrestlers enter the match at the 16 minute mark.

It seemed remarkable that time shifts had occurred in matches, but viewers also understand that WWE is a realm where disbelief is being suspended.
